Transfers of equity.
Arvi has over 20 years’ experience in the property sector. He started his career working with one of the largest conveyancing firms in the country. He has experience working in city firms as well as smaller high street practices so has been able to pool his knowledge to ensure he can give accurate timely advice to a wide audience of clients. There is little in the world of residential conveyancing that Arvi has not seen and dealt with.
Arvi and Saranjit (founding director) worked at the same firm several years ago. Little did they know then that they would join forces as directors many years later!
Saranjit says “When our residential property department started to grow it was important to me to ensure I had the right person to head it up, someone who I could trust to look after the clients and maintain the reputation of the firm. Arvi stood out to me as a perfect fit for the firm and I am so pleased he agreed to join us”.
It does not matter where in England your property is or what size, Arvi will give you realistic, friendly and practical advice to ensure your move is progressed smoothly.
When he is not impressing his clients with his conveyancing knowledge you will find him at the gym, running or cycling in his hometown of Warwick. He loves to spend time with his young family and setting himself challenges. Having climbed Pen Y Fan following the SAS selection test march, running over 100 miles in a month and raising money for charities Arvi enjoys the great outdoors which keeps him focused.
“Buying a house can be extremely stressful. There are so many things that can potentially go wrong. I strive to make that a little easier for my clients. I think it is important to explain things to clients in a way they understand. I like to get to know my clients so I can adapt my style to meet their specific needs”.
