Baker supplying his own food outlets and not accounting for sales achieved

 

We were asked to act for a food company and investigating financial irregularities found to be caused by a baker who was supplying his own separate outlets without accounting to his employer for the sales achieved.

The outcome:

A restraining order was obtained against the baker and the case settled at a meeting where the baker agreed to pay back what he had taken and also agreed not to approach our client’s customers for a 2 year period.
